As a Payment Service Provider, Bibit only provide stores with the ability to process payments securely via the Internet. We do not hold information about the goods/services you have purchased or their delivery status, and we are not authorised to cancel your order or to provide you with a refund.

If you have a query regarding your order, please follow these few essential steps...


Step 1

Step 1: Contact the Store - Please contact the Store from which you made the purchase for queries about:

  • the goods/services you have ordered (quality/quantity)
  • delivery/cancellations/tax receipts
  • duplicate payments/refunds

You should find the store contact details on the store's website and/or the store purchase receipt.

Alternatively, if you've made a payment by credit/debit card you can check your order details and find the store's contact details by visiting our Order Status Interface.
